Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of tembuilder's template rendering platform (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Description of service

tembuilder lets you design document templates and render them into PDFs, HTML emails, and other formats via API, using data you supply at render time.

Account registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and API keys. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or third-party right.
• Upload or render content that is unlawful, infringing, or malicious.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Exceed reasonable API usage in a way that degrades the Service for other users.

Your content

You retain ownership of the templates, data, and documents you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use Your Content to train third-party models.

Fees and billing

Some plans may require payment. Fees, if applicable, are described at the point of purchase and billed in advance on a recurring basis unless stated otherwise. Non-payment may result in suspension of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, tembuilder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
